“Svijet mogućnosti/Enabled Theatre” premiers in Novi Sad

The play “Svijet mogućnosti/Enabled Theatre”, written and directed by Haris Pašović, premiered on Saturday, April 6, in the crowded “Pera Dobrinović” hall of the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad.

Among others, the premiere was attended by the great Serbian and ex-Yu actor Miki Manojlović, Deputy Manager of the Serbian National Theatre and Acting Drama Director Sonja Damjanović and numerous theatre critics. Representatives of ŠOSO Milan Petrović, Director Violeta Strahinjović, former director Slavica Marković, Assistant Director Snežana Bašević, psychologist Maja Kukobat, special education teacher and expert consultant Miljana Radoman, young pianist Matija Molčanov and his mother Ana Molčanov also attended.

After the performance, the audience gave a standing ovation to the cast of the play, comprising: Gordana Đurđević Dimić, Lidija Stevanović, Sanja Ristic Krajnov, Jelena Antonijević, Mina Pavlica, Marija Feldeši, Milan Kovačević, Marko Savković, Vukašin Ranđelović, Aljoša Đidić, Aleksandar Sarapa, Rade Perović.

In addition to Haris Pašović, the artistic team comprised set designer Ivana Jančić, composer Dino Šukalo, choreographer Larisa Lipovac Navojec and assistant costume designer Minja Davidović.

The first rerun of the play is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9.

After Novi Sad, the play will be performed in partner cities – Sarajevo, Zagreb and Budva.

The play “Svijet mogućnosti/Enabled Theatre” was co-produced in partnership with East West Center Sarajevo, Serbian National Theatre Novi Sad, Festival Grad teatar Budva, TALA Dance Centre Zagreb and was co-funded by the EU through the Creative Europe Programme.
